Nascent RNA sequencing of FOXD3 KO and WT mouse ESCs

We performed nascent RNA sequencing of inducible FOXD3 KO cells with and without synchronization to determine primary response genes. FOXD3 depletion was induced by tamoxifen (4HT) addition and compared to solvent treated cells or OCT4-depleted cells.
