We carried out ChIP-seq for H3K27ac and H3K27me3 in embryos from Tollrm9/rm10 mutant mothers. The embryos from mutant mothers produce only a single tissue type (neuroectoderm) along the dorsal-ventral axis. We used these embryos to compare chromatin state across tissues.

本研究针对Tollrm9/rm10突变母本所产生的胚胎,开展了组蛋白H3第27位赖氨酸乙酰化(H3K27ac)与组蛋白H3第27位赖氨酸三甲基化(H3K27me3)的染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)实验。该突变母本的胚胎仅沿背腹轴形成单一组织类型——神经外胚层(neuroectoderm)。本研究利用此类胚胎开展跨组织的染色质状态比较分析。
