Aortic dissection (AD) is a lethal vascular disease for which there is no effective drug treatment. The construction of mouse models is essential to study the pathogenesis of AD. The gut microbiota and its metabolites play an important role in the development of acute AD. In this study, we compared various strategies for constructing AD mouse models and focused on the changes of gut microbiota in different AD mouse models.

主动脉夹层（Aortic dissection, AD）是一种致死性血管疾病，目前尚无有效的药物治疗方案。构建小鼠模型是研究AD发病机制的必要手段。肠道菌群及其代谢产物在急性主动脉夹层的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。本研究对比了构建AD小鼠模型的多种策略，并重点关注不同AD小鼠模型的肠道菌群变化。
