Targeted mass spectrum on activation-state-dependent Integrin alpha 5

Integrin alpha 5 is a key transmembrane protein that mediates cell-ECM adhesion and ECM assembly. Its activation and signaling involve both cytoplasmic and extracellular proteins. Using zebrafish somitogenesis as the physiological setting, we sought to identify activation-state-dependent Integrin alpha 5 (Itga5) associated proteins.

整合素α5（Integrin alpha 5）是一类关键的跨膜蛋白，可介导细胞与细胞外基质（extracellular matrix，ECM）的黏附以及细胞外基质的组装。其激活过程与信号转导通路同时涉及胞质蛋白与胞外蛋白。本研究以斑马鱼体节发生作为生理模型，旨在筛选与激活状态依赖型整合素α5（Itga5）相关的蛋白。
