Flavobacterium psychraquaticum strain:LB-N7T Genome sequencing and assembly. Flavobacterium psychraquaticum strain:LB-N7T

An orange, Gram-negative stain and gliding, rod-shaped strain designated as LBN7T was isolated from water samples collected from smolt Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) water system in a fish farm in Chile. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA sequences demonstrated that strain LBN7T was a member of the Flavobacterium genus, and closely related to Flavobacterium ardleyense (KX911209-PI: 98.85%)

从智利某渔场的大西洋鲑（Salmo salar）幼鱼养殖水体采集的水样中，分离得到一株呈橙色、革兰氏染色阴性（Gram-negative）、具有滑动运动特性的杆状菌株，命名为LBN7^T。基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析显示，菌株LBN7^T隶属于黄杆菌属（Flavobacterium），与阿尔德利黄杆菌（Flavobacterium ardleyense，KX911209-PI：98.85%）亲缘关系密切。
