Micro-RNA146a-5p is an immunological master-switch that controls liver disease

To investigate the function of microRNA-146a-5p, we designed and prepared LNPs encapsulating this microRNA. The LNPs were administered via tail vein injection and predominantly accumulated in the liver. Therefore, in this experiment we isolated liver immune cells in order to analyze scRNA expression levels in different immune cell populations. After treating mice with the different LNP formulations for 16 hours, we isolated various liver immune cell populations for scRNA sequencing.
