A Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, non-motile and rod-shaped bacterium, designated strain IE-0392, was isolated from a Bombus sample in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, Fengxian contury. The cells showed oxidase-negative and catalase-positive reactions. The predominant respiratory quinone was MK-7. The cellular polar lipids contained phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, aminophospholipid, aminolipids and phospholipid. The genomic DNA G+C content of the draft genome sequence, consisting of 4.9Mb, was 48.88 mol%. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain IE-0392 should be affiliated to the family Spirosomaceae.

一株革兰氏阴性（Gram-stain-negative）、需氧、无运动性且呈杆状的细菌，命名为菌株IE-0392，分离自陕西省宝鸡市凤县的熊蜂（Bombus）样本。该菌株细胞呈现氧化酶阴性、过氧化氢酶阳性的生化反应特征。其主要呼吸醌为MK-7。细胞极性脂类组分包含磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰丝氨酸、氨基磷脂、氨基脂类与磷脂。该草图基因组序列全长4.9 Mb，其基因组DNA的G+C摩尔百分比为48.88 mol%。基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析表明，菌株IE-0392应隶属于螺菌科（Spirosomaceae）。
