Gut microbiota of high-fat diet and normal diet maternal mice and offspring mice with different delivery modes

This project was perforned to study the influence of maternal diet on the glucose metabolism of the offsrings, and if the delivery modes of the offsprings will make effects on the process. We collected the feces of maternal mice and offspring mice, and perfomed the 16S rRNA V3-V4 gene sequencing to figure out the variations of gut microbiota structure and composition.

本研究旨在探究母体饮食对子代葡萄糖代谢的影响，以及子代的分娩方式是否会对该过程产生影响。我们收集了母体小鼠与子代小鼠的粪便样本，并开展16S rRNA V3-V4区基因测序（16S rRNA V3-V4 gene sequencing），以明确肠道微生物群结构与组成的变异情况。
