1) The file 'source_code_corr.R' was used to generate Figure 3 and 4 in the manuscript.2) The file 'heatmap_script.R' can be used to generate any heatmap using wheat TraesIDs from the gene expression count file 'wheat_RNAseq_DEGs.zip' or available at https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.zs7h44jcs.3) The Excel file 'Resource_RNAseq.xlsx' contains data used to generate Figures 1-4 in the manuscript.
1) 脚本文件`source_code_corr.R`用以生成本研究手稿中的图3与图4。
2) 脚本文件`heatmap_script.R`可依托RNA测序（RNA-seq）基因表达计数文件`wheat_RNAseq_DEGs.zip`中的小麦Traes基因标识符（TraesIDs）生成任意热图；该计数文件亦可通过数据集链接https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.zs7h44jcs获取。
