Functional in vivo characterization of zebrafish sox10 enhancers in melanoma and neural crest

We analyzed the epigenetic landscape of five bulk (unsorted) melanoma tumors in a zebrafish melanoma model using ATAC-seq. We find that areas of open chromatin are consistent between tumor samples. 本研究利用转座酶可及性测序（ATAC-seq）技术，对斑马鱼黑色素瘤模型中的5例批量（未分选）黑色素瘤组织的表观基因组图谱进行了分析。研究发现，不同肿瘤样本间的染色质开放区域具有一致性。
实验设计：对源自斑马鱼（Danio rerio）BRAF(V600E)/p53(-/-)模型的5例批量黑色素瘤组织开展ATAC-seq图谱分析。
