进行了分接开关样机结构调整、传感器的安装与间隙拍摄。本数据集展示了分接开关样机结构的调整方法、传感器的安装与间隙拍摄的方法,并展示了在典型运行工况下触头电压电流的典型波形与高速摄影拍摄到的触头间隙电弧典型图像。这些数据直接证明了分接开关主触头间隙的拉弧特性、切换时的电气应力特性。不同带电切换次数时的拉弧特性和电气应力还可以反映分接开关主触头的烧蚀疲劳老化特性。
本数据集分为两个子集,数据集1主触头切换过程间隙高速摄影图像可以使用常见图片浏览器打开,对分接开关主触头的电弧形貌、放电位置与时长进行评估。数据集2主触头切换电气应力波形可以使用Excel表格管理软件进行读取,并导入Origin、MATLAB等软件进行图像绘制与数据分析。数据量206MB。
Prototype structural adjustment, sensor installation, and gap photography for the tap changer were conducted. This dataset demonstrates the adjustment methods for the tap changer prototype structure, sensor installation procedures, and gap photography techniques, as well as the typical waveforms of contact voltage and current under typical operating conditions, and typical arc images in the contact gap captured by high-speed photography. The data directly validates the arc discharge characteristics of the main contact gap of the tap changer and the electrical stress characteristics during switching operations. The arc discharge characteristics and electrical stress at different numbers of energized switching operations can also reflect the ablation, fatigue, and aging characteristics of the tap changer's main contacts.
This dataset is divided into two subsets. Subset 1 contains high-speed photography images of the gap during the main contact switching process, which can be opened with common image viewers to evaluate the arc morphology, discharge position, and duration of the tap changer's main contacts. Subset 2 contains electrical stress waveforms during main contact switching, which can be read using spreadsheet management software such as Excel, and imported into tools like Origin and MATLAB for plotting and data analysis. The total data volume is 206 MB.
