资源简介：
Aus；-80℃冰箱冻结法；致病菌芯片研发；革兰阴性细小杆菌，大小为1µm*(24µm).无芽孢，无荚膜，无动力，无鞭毛，有菌毛。在麦康凯琼脂平板上呈无色透明的小菌落。氧化酶试验阴性，TSI为K/A；发酵葡萄糖、甘露醇，不发酵乳糖、蔗糖；甲基红、硝酸盐还原试验阳性，动力、VP、枸橼酸盐、尿素酶、醋酸盐试验均阴性
Aus; -80℃ refrigerator freezing method; pathogen chip development; This is a Gram-negative tiny bacillus with a size of 1 μm × 24 μm. It has no spores, capsules, motility or flagella, and possesses fimbriae. It forms colorless and transparent small colonies on MacConkey agar plates. The oxidase test is negative, and the TSI reaction is K/A. It ferments glucose and mannitol, but does not ferment lactose and sucrose. The Methyl Red (MR) and nitrate reduction tests are positive, while the motility, Voges-Proskauer (VP), citrate, urease and acetate tests are all negative.
