Bama pig gut metagenome Targeted loci

In this study we explored diversity of V3 region of 16S rRNA genes obtained via barcoded 454 pyrosequencing (of 27 fecal samples collected from Bama pigs at the 60 days of the trial) to demonstrate the modulation of gut microbiota and its possible role after salbutamol treatment in Bama pigs.

本研究利用带条形码标记的454焦磷酸测序技术，对试验第60天从巴马猪采集的27份粪便样本中的16S rRNA基因V3区多样性进行分析，旨在阐明沙丁胺醇处理巴马猪后肠道菌群的调控变化及其潜在作用。
