为研究ORFV（羊口疮病毒，Orf virus）对肿瘤的溶瘤效应，我们在B16荷瘤模型中实施瘤内（intratumoral，i.t.）注射ORFV进行处理；随后分离经ORFV与载体（Vehicle）处理的肿瘤组织，通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）检测基因转录本的表达变化。
