Quality reports of the RRBS data after the quality trimming

The FastQC-reports of the 63 RRBS libraries after quality trimming. The plots follow the standard FasQC-format and include basic statistics, per base sequence quality, per tile sequence quality, per sequence quality scores, per base sequence content, per sequence GC content, per base N content, sequence length distribution, sequence duplication levels, overrepresented sequences and adapter content.

本数据集包含63个RRBS文库经质量修剪后的FastQC质量控制报告（FastQC）。所有质控绘图均遵循标准FastQC格式，涵盖基本统计信息、每碱基序列质量、每测序Tile序列质量、每序列质量得分、每碱基序列含量、每序列GC含量、每碱基N含量、序列长度分布、序列重复水平、过度代表序列及接头序列含量。
