RNAseq of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) subsets comprising of Unmutated CLL and Mutated CLL. Mutated CLL cases were further subdivided based on B cell receptor signalling capacity.

本数据集为慢性淋巴细胞白血病（chronic lymphocytic leukaemia，CLL）亚组的RNA测序（RNA Sequencing，RNAseq）数据，涵盖未突变型CLL与突变型CLL两类样本。其中突变型CLL病例依据B细胞受体信号传导能力进一步细分亚组。
