The complete chloroplast genome of Hippeastrum rutilum (Ker-Gawl.) Herb.

Our aim is to assembled and characterized the complete chloroplast genome sequence of H. rutilum. The outcome provides information for the identification of Hippeastrum genus, as well as assist further phylogenetic study of Amaryllidaceae.

本研究旨在组装并表征红花朱顶红 (H. rutilum) 的完整叶绿体基因组 (chloroplast genome) 序列。该研究结果可为朱顶红属 (Hippeastrum) 的物种鉴定提供参考，同时助力石蒜科 (Amaryllidaceae) 的后续系统发育研究。
