Replication Data for: Pilot study for a discrete choice experiment to elicit the preferences of health care providers for capitation payment mechanism in Kenya

The pilot study was conducted in one Kenyan county and collected choice and socio-demographic data from 31 senior management team members from 9 health facilities (83.78% response rate). Data were collected between May and June 2018. A cross-sectional design was adopted and stratified random sampling was used to select health facilities. The main aim of the pilot was to pre-test five capitation attributes and levels and to generate parameter estimates that would be used to construct an appropriate experimental design for the main DCE survey.

本试点研究在肯尼亚某县开展，从9家卫生机构的31名高级管理团队成员处收集了选择数据与社会人口学数据（应答率83.78%）。数据收集时间为2018年5月至6月。研究采用横断面设计（cross-sectional design），并通过分层随机抽样（stratified random sampling）选取卫生机构。本试点的主要目的是预测试五项按人头付费的属性与水平，并生成参数估计值，以用于为主要的DCE调查（Discrete Choice Experiment survey）构建合适的实验设计。
