Our study first obtained and identified the non-coding RNAs (miRNA, circRNAs and lncRNA) profiles of the PSC-ELVs and HF-ELVs, and constructed lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory network to study the roles of miRNAs in host immunity response and pathogenesis during cystic echinococcosis infection.
本研究首先获取并鉴定了PSC-ELVs与HF-ELVs的非编码RNA（微小RNA（miRNA）、环状RNA（circRNA）及长链非编码RNA（lncRNA））表达谱，并构建了长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）-微小RNA（miRNA）-信使RNA（mRNA）调控网络，以探究miRNA在细粒棘球蚴病感染过程中宿主免疫应答与发病机制中的作用。
