This is the raw source data that was used to generate figures for the above publication by Centofanti E., Wang C., and Iyer S., et al. It consists of both flow cytometry data corresponding to Figures 2 and 4, Supplementary Figures 2 and 4; and microscopy data corresponding to Figure 3 and Supplementary Figure 3. Full description of how the data were analyzed is given in the methods and figure legends of the publication. All other data from the manuscript is previously published, and accessible via the relevant citations.
