To explore the functional roles of deregulated genes in thyroid cancer, Gene Ontology Biological Process (GOBP) and KEGG enrichment analyses were conducted on the overlapping upregulated and downregulated mRNAs. The results of the GOBP analysis suggested significant enrichment in extracellular matrix organization, positive regulation of gene expression, and multicellular organism development. 为探究甲状腺癌中失调基因的功能作用,本研究针对重叠的上调与下调mRNA,开展了基因本体生物学过程(Gene Ontology Biological Process, GOBP)富集分析与京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, KEGG)富集分析。GOBP富集分析结果表明,差异基因显著富集于细胞外基质组织、基因表达正调控以及多细胞生物发育等生物学过程。KEGG通路富集分析显示,差异基因主要富集于细胞外基质-受体相互作用、阿米巴病、类固醇生物合成以及黏着斑通路。整体实验设计:采用药物金诺芬(auranofin)处理两株间变性甲状腺癌(anaplastic thyroid carcinoma, ATC)细胞系FRO与8505c,以此量化mRNA表达水平的变化。
