Genetic lineage tracing of fibroblast in life stage

Cutaneous fibroblasts have several types. However, how these fibroblasts chage in lifestage is unknown. To address, we performed lineagetracing by single cell RNA sequence. We also investigated high fat diet fed and aged mice.

皮肤成纤维细胞（cutaneous fibroblasts）存在多种亚型。然而，目前尚未明确这些成纤维细胞在生命进程中的动态变化规律。为解答这一科学问题，本研究通过单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）开展了谱系示踪（lineage tracing）实验，并同时对高脂饮食喂养小鼠与老年小鼠进行了相关研究。
