Enviromics data: File S1_envdat.txt

Data files used in Resende, RT et al. 2019. Enviromics in breeding: applications and perspectives of envirotypic assisted prediction. Submitted. File S1_envdat.txt: Simulated envirotypic marker data. Fifty trials were randomly allocated to a square area covered 10,000 pixels (rows). Data for external environmental variables that could potentially affect yield in the area were simulated. One hundred overlapping rasters (columns) corresponding to climate and landscape-based environmental attributes (ENV) containing envirotypic information were simulated, each raster corresponding to a grid of all 10,000 pixels in the area, i.e. an enviromic marker.

本数据集采用Resende RT等人2019年发表于"育种中的环境组学：环境型辅助预测的应用与展望"（Enviromics in breeding: applications and perspectives of envirotypic assisted prediction）的研究中所使用的数据文件，该研究彼时处于投稿（Submitted）阶段。其中File S1_envdat.txt为模拟环境型标记数据：将50个试验随机分配至由10000个像素（按行排布）组成的方形区域中，并模拟了该区域内可能影响作物产量的外部环境变量数据。此外，共模拟100层重叠栅格（按列排布），对应于包含环境型信息的气候与景观类环境属性（environmental attributes, ENV），每一层栅格对应区域内全部10000个像素组成的网格，即一个环境组学标记（enviromic marker）。
