SeeDev

SeeDev is a set of article full-text excerpts manually annotated for training and evaluating Information Extraction systems. The documents were selected on the topic of plant seed development genetics. The annotations denote gene, proteins, plants, organs, and development stages, as well as relations between entities. SeeDev was proposed as a task in the BioNLP Shared Task 2016 and the BioNLP Open Shared Tasks 2019. It meets the BioNLP-OST standards of quality, originality and data formats. The tasks include binary and n-ary Relation Extraction.

SeeDev数据集是一套经人工标注的文章全文节选样本，用于训练与评估信息抽取（Information Extraction）系统。所选文档均以植物种子发育遗传学为主题。标注内容涵盖基因、蛋白质、植物、器官与发育阶段，以及实体间的关联关系。SeeDev曾作为指定任务被纳入2016年生物自然语言处理共享任务（BioNLP Shared Task 2016）与2019年生物自然语言处理开放共享任务（BioNLP Open Shared Tasks 2019），并符合BioNLP-OST在质量、原创性与数据格式层面的标准。该任务涵盖二元关系抽取与n元关系抽取。
