I-SceI DSB repair of kmoRG

Raw sequencing data from Oxford Nanopore Sequencing of linear amplicons after CRISPR-based editing of kmoRG transgene in Aedes aegpyti. Amplicons amplifying single-strand annealing (SSA files) outcomes and insertion/deletion repair outcomes (NHEJ files) included.

本数据集为埃及伊蚊（Aedes aegypti）中kmoRG转基因（kmoRG transgene）经基于CRISPR的编辑后，通过牛津纳米孔测序（Oxford Nanopore Sequencing）获取的线性扩增子原始测序数据。数据集包含两类扩增子的测序数据：一类用于扩增单链退火（single-strand annealing, SSA）修复结果，对应文件为SSA files；另一类用于扩增插入缺失修复结果，对应文件为NHEJ files。
