The present invention provides a product with an operation display panel incorporated therein, which naturally harmonizes with the environment to not create visual noise for a user and allow the user to operate the operation display panel intuitively while feeling a natural material when the user feels like using the operation display panel or when it is necessary to use the operation display panel. A thin layer, which is made of a natural wood, a natural fiber, a natural leather, or a natural stone, or otherwise a resin, a synthetic fiber, a synthetic leather or an artificial stone that are created by imitating the appearance and touch of a natural material, is provided on the peripheral surface of a housing so that the thin layer covers at least the entire front surface of a display panel with a touch sensor incorporated in the peripheral surface of the housing and comes in contact with the front surface of the panel. The thickness of the thin layer and the luminance of the panel are designed to allow the user to view the content displayed on the panel. The thin layer preferably has an optical transmittance within the range of 1 – 50% and a thickness within the range of 0.1 – 0.5 mm. The thin layer is formed of a single panel made of wood or of plywood, or a base material formed by molding wood chips.
