中医临床诊疗方案模型（耳鼻咽喉科）数据集

本数据集包括中医耳鼻咽喉科若干种常见病的病种临床表现辨别依据、中医分型临床表现辨别依据、中医治则治法、中医处方、医嘱等数据组成，数据主要以“病种”为归纳对象，通过参考国家颁布的临床诊疗指南、国家中医学相关教科书，以及从若干份真实临床病例数据中提取共性临床表现，按数理统计规则进行处理，形成本数据集，可用于中医耳鼻咽喉科临床过程中帮助医生提取对应的一般性诊疗预案，加快医生效率，降低误诊率。

This dataset comprises data including the basis for identifying clinical manifestations of several common diseases in the TCM Otolaryngology Department, the basis for identifying clinical manifestations of TCM syndrome differentiation patterns, TCM treatment principles and therapeutic methods, TCM prescriptions, medical instructions, and other related content. The dataset primarily takes disease categories as its aggregation unit. It is developed by referring to nationally promulgated clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines, national TCM textbooks, extracting common clinical manifestations from multiple real clinical case datasets, and processing the data in accordance with mathematical statistical rules. This dataset can be applied in TCM otolaryngology clinical practice to assist clinicians in extracting corresponding general diagnosis and treatment plans, improve their clinical efficiency, and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
