FLAME buoy data from SUMOS campaign

This data set contains the observations collected by the Gill MaxiMet GMX501 meteorological sensor packages fitted on the LOPS "FLAME" (Flux Air-Mer par methode Eddy correlation) buoys deployed during the SUMOS campaign (Principal Investigators: P. Sutherland, LOPS, D. Hauser, LATMOS), which took place in the Bay of Biscay from 2021/02/08 to 2021/03/08. These compact meteorological stations comprise acoustic wind, downwelling radiation, air pressure, air temperature and air humidity sensors. Four netCDF files compose this data set, originating from four deployments totalling 328 hours of 5-minutes averaged meteorological data and buoy tracks.
