Expression data from mature 3T3-L1 adipocytes under berberine treatment. Mus musculus

We used microarrays to detail the global program of gene expression under berberine treatment in 3T3-L1 adipocytes Overall design: 3T3-L1 cells were induced into differentiated adipocytes and then treated with 5μM berberine for 3h, 6h or 12h for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain the change of gene expressions under such treatment.

本研究采用微阵列（microarrays）技术，对3T3-L1脂肪细胞经小檗碱（berberine）处理后的全基因组基因表达调控程序进行了详细解析。实验设计概述：将3T3-L1细胞诱导分化为成熟脂肪细胞，随后以5μM浓度的小檗碱分别处理3小时、6小时及12小时，收集细胞并提取RNA，随后在Affymetrix微阵列上进行杂交实验。本研究旨在探究该处理条件下细胞基因表达的变化情况。
