This is a dataset accompanying “Mixed Friction: Critical Assessment of Engineering Load Sharing Equations Based on the Lambda-Parameter” by Charlotte Spies, Yash Parab, and Arshia Fatemi.

This is an artificially generated surface (via Pérez-Ràfols and Almqvist, DOI: 10.1016/j.triboint.2018.11.020). The parameters are given in the publication by Spies, Parab, and Fatemi.
