Analysis of postnatal gene expression in a transgenic rat kidney

We have generated a transgenic rat model with postnatal pathology. In order to investigate the potential contribution of changes in kidney gene expression to the pathology, we have conducted microarray-based gene expression profiling of postnatal kidney.本研究构建了携带出生后病理学表型的转基因大鼠模型（transgenic rat model）。为探究肾脏基因表达变化对该病理学表型的潜在贡献，本研究针对出生后肾脏组织开展了基于微阵列（microarray）的基因表达谱分析。
