feather follicles raw sequence reads in Carlos goose (Anser anser)

We can use sequencing and bioinformatics softwares to assemble sequence in terms of gaining the comprehensive genomic information. For the assembly library, raw sequence transcripts in the cluster units were defined as unigenes. The stage-specific different expression genes obtained from this study will aid future investigation of the mechanism of primary and secondary feather follicles, and also provide a basis for down-type goose breeding.
