Dataset for: Evaluation of abiotic stress tolerance using multispectral aerial images in advance potatoes clones of the lowland tropic virus resistant population (LTVR - Cycle 7) under normal irrigation (NI) and deficit irrigation (DI) in Majes - Peru

This data set includes information of biomass, canopy reflectance (CR), normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and canopy cover (CC). The NDVI and CC were obtained from multispectral aerial images. A field trial of 1585 potato genotypes, among 1542 LVTR C7 genotypes, 41 parentals, and 2 checks, were planted using an Incomplete block design (Alpha design) of 264 blocks of 12 genotypes each, at Majes - Arequipa from November 2018 to February 2019. Two irrigation treatments were applied: normal irrigation (NI) and deficit irrigation (DI).

本数据集包含生物量、冠层反射率（CR）、归一化植被指数（NDVI）及冠层覆盖度（CC）的相关信息。其中NDVI与CC数据来源于多光谱航空影像。2018年11月至2019年2月，在Majes - Arequipa开展了1585个马铃薯基因型的田间试验，包含1542个LVTR C7基因型、41个亲本及2个对照材料；试验采用不完全区组设计（Alpha设计），共设置264个区组，每个区组种植12个基因型。此外，试验设置两种灌溉处理：正常灌溉（NI）与亏缺灌溉（DI）。
