This data set includes information of biomass, canopy reflectance (CR), normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and canopy cover (CC). The NDVI and CC were obtained from multispectral aerial images. A field trial of 1585 potato genotypes, among 1542 LVTR C7 genotypes, 41 parentals, and 2 checks, were planted using an Incomplete block design (Alpha design) of 264 blocks of 12 genotypes each, at Majes - Arequipa from November 2018 to February 2019. Two irrigation treatments were applied: normal irrigation (NI) and deficit irrigation (DI).
本数据集包含生物量、冠层反射率(CR)、归一化植被指数(NDVI)及冠层覆盖度(CC)的相关信息。其中NDVI与CC数据来源于多光谱航空影像。2018年11月至2019年2月,在Majes - Arequipa开展了1585个马铃薯基因型的田间试验,包含1542个LVTR C7基因型、41个亲本及2个对照材料;试验采用不完全区组设计(Alpha设计),共设置264个区组,每个区组种植12个基因型。此外,试验设置两种灌溉处理:正常灌溉(NI)与亏缺灌溉(DI)。
