该数据集记录了2009-2022年青海省零售业和餐饮业连锁经营情况的统计数据，统计指标包含登记注册类型、行业分组、业态等内容。数据整理自青海省统计局发布的青海省统计年鉴。数据集包含1个数据表，数据表共有6个字段：
字段1：指标
字段2：连锁总店数
字段3：门店数
字段4：年末从业人员数
字段5：连锁门店商品购进总额
字段6：连锁门店商品销售额
This dataset contains statistical data on the chain operations of the retail and catering industries in Qinghai Province from 2009 to 2022. The statistical indicators cover registered type, industry classification, business format, and other aspects. The data is compiled from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook published by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The dataset includes one data table with six fields in total:
Field 1: Indicator
Field 2: Number of chain headquarters
Field 3: Number of stores
Field 4: Number of year-end employees
Field 5: Total commodity purchases of chain stores
Field 6: Total commodity sales of chain stores
