本数据集针对经高度临床注释的高级别浆液性癌（High-grade Serous Carcinoma, HGSC）样本的原发与转移位点开展T200癌症面板测序。所有样本均采集于治疗前，基于腹腔镜分诊算法获取，供体为接受R0肿瘤细胞减灭术，或接受新辅助化疗（Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy, NACT）且呈现良好应答（ER）或不良应答（PR）的患者。本数据集为欧洲基因组-表型组档案馆（European Genome-phenome Archive, EGA）收录的EGAD00001005239。
