High acidity apple organic acid extract (HAAOAE) reduces lipid metabolism and gut microbiota disorders in mice induced by high-fat diet

The function of high acid apple organic acid extract (HAAOAE) in alleviating obesity was investigated using high-fat diet-induced obese mice as a model. Four high-acid superior lines, XJ-4, 2011-W24-9Z-N9, 2010-W14-12Z-N3 and 2008-E19-N36, were selected as materials, and Fuji, the main planted low-acid variety, was produced as a control. All mice were randomly divided into groups (10 mice per group), i.e. NFD, HFD, XJ4, N9, N36, N3 and FJ groups. Intestinal flora 16S analysis was performed after sample collection.

本研究以高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠为模型，探究高酸苹果有机酸提取物（high acid apple organic acid extract，HAAOAE）缓解肥胖的功效。选取XJ-4、2011-W24-9Z-N9、2010-W14-12Z-N3及2008-E19-N36共4个高酸优良品系作为实验材料，并以主栽低酸品种富士作为对照。将所有小鼠随机分组，每组10只，分别设置正常饲料组（NFD）、高脂饲料组（HFD）、XJ4组、N9组、N36组、N3组及富士组（FJ）。样本采集完成后，对小鼠肠道菌群开展16S分析。
