Microarray whole-transcriptome profiling in HCT116 and HepG2 cells treated with Melicope ptelefolia leaf extract reveals transcriptome profles exhibiting anticancer activity HepG2 and HCT116 cells were treated for 24 hr with Melicope ptelefolia hexane leaf extract (MP-HX) at 60 µg/mL for HCT116 and 78 µg/mL. RNA was extracted and subjected to microarray whole transcriptome profiling utilizing Human Gene (HuGene) 2.0 ST array (Catalogue No. 902499, Applied Biosystem).

以三叶吴萸(Melicope ptelefolia)叶片提取物处理HCT116与HepG2细胞的全转录组芯片分析,揭示了具备抗癌活性的转录组特征。将HCT116与HepG2细胞分别以浓度为60 μg/mL(HCT116细胞)、78 μg/mL的三叶吴萸正己烷叶片提取物(MP-HX)处理24小时。随后提取细胞总RNA,采用人类基因(HuGene)2.0 ST芯片(货号:902499,Applied Biosystem)开展全转录组芯片分析。
