NZ1, NZ5 and NZ29 nanopore-only genome assemblies

The nanopore-only genome assembly for isolates NZ1, NZ5 and NZ29. Basecalled with Guppy (fast mode), assembled with Flye, polished 4x with Racon, and 1x with Medaka. Not deposited in GenBank due to a high number of pseudogenes, likely the result of residual indel errors.

针对分离株NZ1、NZ5及NZ29的仅纳米孔测序基因组组装数据集。该数据集使用Guppy（快速模式）完成碱基识别，通过Flye进行基因组组装，经Racon进行4轮序列抛光，再经Medaka进行1轮序列抛光。因存在大量假基因（推测为残留的插入缺失（indel）错误所致），该数据集未提交至GenBank。
