2013-2018年中国鸡肉中PFCs调查数据

2013-2018年中国30省、自治区、直辖市（安徽、北京、重庆、福建、甘肃、广东、广西、贵州、海南、河北、河南、黑龙江、湖北、湖南、吉林、江苏、江西、辽宁、内蒙古、宁夏、青海、山东、山西、陕西、上海、四川、天津、新疆、云南、浙江）鸡肉中PFCs残留水平调查数据，采用酸化-乙腈萃取，分散固相萃取法净化，在SCIEX AB5000型液相色谱质谱联用仪器上完成检测。数据包括含有样品编号、采样种类、采样时间、样本来源、采样地名称及经纬度、产地名称及经纬度、采样量、采样人、承担单位、19种PFCs检测结果、分析人等6079条。本数据集完全开放共享。

This is a survey dataset documenting residual levels of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) in chicken meat collected from 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China (including Anhui, Beijing, Chongqing, Fujian, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hebei, Henan, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Hunan, Jilin, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Sichuan, Tianjin, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Zhejiang) during 2013–2018. All samples were pretreated via acidified acetonitrile extraction and dispersed solid-phase extraction purification, followed by detection using a SCIEX AB5000 liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry instrument. The dataset comprises 6079 records covering sample ID, sample type, sampling time, sample provenance, name and geographic coordinates of the sampling location, name and geographic coordinates of the production origin, sampling volume, sampler, responsible institution, detection results of 19 PFCs, and analyst. This dataset is fully open and freely shared for public access.
