Abstract This article discusses how the formation of specialized professionals for exceptional education was thematized and represented, by the Federação Nacional das Associações de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais, between the 1960s and 1970s, in Brazil, from the historiographical perspective of the New Cultural History. As a source of research, we used the periodical publication Mensagem da Apae, the official publication of the Federation of Apaes, in its first ten years of existence (1963-1973). It could be concluded that this Federation and its affiliates sought to (through) form, through announcements of courses published in the form, a model of teachers and technicians specialized in the education of exceptional according to the instrumental rationality in force in that period.

摘要 本文以新文化史(New Cultural History)的史学研究视角,探讨1960至1970年代巴西全国特殊儿童家长与友人协会联合会(Federação Nacional das Associações de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais)如何对特殊教育专业人才的培养进行主题化建构与呈现。本研究以该联合会的官方期刊《Apae通讯(Mensagem da Apae)》创刊头十年(1963年—1973年)的刊载内容作为研究史料。研究表明,该联合会及其下属机构试图通过期刊刊载的课程公告,依照彼时盛行的工具理性,打造适配特殊教育领域的专业化教师与技术人员队伍。
