The draft genome sequence of two Candidatus Phytoplasma prunorum strains ESFY1 and the strain associated with plum leptonecrosis LNS1, consists of 488,825 and 578,832 bp sequences assembled into 34 and 129 contigs respectively, with an average GC content of 22.42%. This phytoplasma species is the causal agent of European stone fruit yellows disease , affecting wild and cultivated species of Prunus at different degrees of susceptibility, so far being mainly restricted to Europe.

两株候选李属植原体(Candidatus Phytoplasma prunorum)菌株ESFY1,以及与李子细坏死病相关的菌株LNS1的草图基因组序列,分别由488825 bp和578832 bp的序列组装为34个和129个重叠群,平均GC含量为22.42%。该植原体物种是欧洲核果黄化病的致病原,可不同程度侵染野生及栽培李属(Prunus)物种,目前其分布范围主要局限于欧洲。
