VPRS 13225 Minute Books

Minutes related to a wide range of activities for which the sewerage authority was responsible. Minutes of meetings of every Sewerage Authority were created in accordance with section 35 sub-section 11 Records and Books of the Sewrage Districts Act 1929. This Act required that for each meeting, minutes of all proceedings be recorded together with the names of all members present at each meeting. The chairman of the Sewerage Authority signed each set of minutes. Bound volumes of minutes often included the minutes of annual, ordinary and special meetings, and associated business papers.
