We analysed scRNA-seq data in human pluripotent stem cell-derived embryonic spinal cord model. This in vitro system recapitulates some key aspects of spinal cord DV patterning as well as neural crest migration. scRNA-seq was performed on dissociated cells from microfluidic spinal cord-like structures at day 12.
本研究对人多能干细胞诱导分化得到的胚胎脊髓模型中的单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)数据进行了分析。该体外培养体系可重现脊髓背腹轴模式建成及神经嵴迁移的若干关键特征。本研究于培养第12天,对微流控脊髓样结构解离得到的细胞进行了scRNA-seq测序。
