FASTQs from amplicon sequencing of cDNA and gDNA after CRISPR editing of putative regulatory and control variants. Files are contained in tarballs grouped by sequencing run. 20190312 is a rerun of the same samples from 20190308 to increase coverage. The two runs were combined for subsequent analysis. fastq_file_info.tab provides details about each file.
本数据集包含经CRISPR编辑推定调控变异与对照变异后，对互补DNA（cDNA）与基因组DNA（gDNA）开展扩增子测序得到的FASTQ文件（FASTQ）。所有文件按测序运行批次打包为tar包（tarball）。20190312批次为20190308批次同一样本的重测序，旨在提升测序覆盖度。两个测序批次的数据将合并用于后续分析。fastq_file_info.tab文件提供了各文件的详细信息。
