Multiple potential translations of the divergence time estimate of MIGRATE are given: g, generation; μ, locus mutation rate per generation; the 2.5% and the 97.5% are percentiles of the posterior distribution of the divergence time and mark the boundary of the 95% confidence interval. The microsatellite mutation rate values are not known for Leishmania but are probable values [39].
