Dataset of Prognostic Utility of Combined suPAR and Procalcitonin Levels for Mortality Prediction in Sepsis Patients

This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript titled “Prognostic Utility of Combined suPAR and Procalcitonin Levels for Mortality Prediction in Sepsis Patients”. The data were collected from 110 sepsis patients and include demographic, clinical, and laboratory biomarker results (suPAR and PCT). suPAR levels were measured using ELISA, and PCT by ECLIA Purpose: To improve mortality prediction in sepsis patients using a combined biomarker approach.
