本数据集包含猕猴的颜色模块,以及在5-羟甲基胞嘧啶(5-hydroxymethylcytosine, 5hmC)受控、5-甲基胞嘧啶(5-methylcytosine, 5mC)异常的条件下,对应的转录因子(Transcription Factor, TF)调控因子与微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)靶标。同时附带一张表格,记录了上述5hmC受控、5mC异常的猕猴样本中生成的颜色模块,并同步标注了对应的预测转录因子调控因子与微小RNA。本数据集文件格式为XLSX,大小为12 KB。
