Aluminum (Al) toxicity at acid soils is serious problem for flax cultivation. However, very little is known about mechanisms of flax resistance to Al and genetics of the resistance. In the present work, we sequenced 16 transcriptomes of resistant (Hermes and TMP1919) and susceptible (Lira and Orshanskiy) to Al flax cultivars, exposed to control conditions and aluminum treatment for 4, 12, and 24 hours.

酸性土壤中的铝(Al)毒害是亚麻种植面临的严峻问题。然而,目前关于亚麻抗铝毒害的机制及其抗性遗传基础的研究仍十分匮乏。本研究中,我们对经对照条件与铝处理4、12、24小时的抗铝(Al)亚麻品种(Hermes、TMP1919)及感铝亚麻品种(Lira、Orshanskiy)的16份转录组进行了测序。
