Timeseries of small RNA and mRNA expression during zebrafish heart regeneration

Adult zebrafish are capable of regenerating cardiac tissue following ventricular resection within 30 days. We profiled both small RNA and mRNA expression in uninjured (0dpa), 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days post amputation to study biological processes orchestrate each stage of regeneration.成年斑马鱼在心室切除术后30天内可实现心脏组织再生。本研究对未损伤组（截肢后0天，0dpa）以及截肢后1、3、7、14、21和30天的样本进行了小分子RNA（small RNA）与信使RNA（mRNA）的表达谱分析，以解析调控再生各阶段的生物学过程。
