Microlandscape data - lichens and arthopods

We surveyed tree trunks for lichen and arthropod diversity to test for relationships. Trees were nested within plots, which were nested within sites. Arthropod sampling was done 3 times in a single summer. Arthropods are keyed out to Order; and macrolichens to genus/species.

本研究针对树干表面的地衣（lichen）与节肢动物（arthropod）多样性展开调查，以探究二者间的关联关系。样树嵌套于样方（plot）内，而样方又嵌套于样地（site）之中。节肢动物采样在单个夏季内共开展3次。节肢动物经分类检索表鉴定至目（Order）级阶元，大型地衣（macrolichens）则鉴定至属（genus）/种（species）级阶元。
